Industrial Alignment Lasers
The development and subsequent manufacture of diode-based lasers since the early 1990's has enabled miniaturisation of a whole range of traditionally bulky helium-neon ( HeNe ) laser products. HeNe lasers are based on long glass (breakable) tubes, run via high voltage power supplies, suffer from poor shock & vibration characteristics & have lifetimes that were not always suitable for the industrial environment. With the advent of diodes; a compact, low voltage and long lifetime product with excellent stability is now available.
The IAL series features the latest versions of diode technology. Whether you need a 635 nm or 670 nm laser output, the IAL series offer a high quality laser spot, various output power levels (1, 3 or 8 mW), rugged construction and numerous input voltages to suit a wide variety of applications. |
The IAL Series feature state-of-the-art visible laser diodes mounted in compact, robust housings. A variety of wavelengths, output powers and voltages ensure a flexible approach to a wide range of industrial alignment applications. The 635 nm versions are optimised for human vision, while the 670 nm versions are designed for machine vision.
